This device is suitable for the hot pressing molding of large quantities of high-precision aspheric lenses. The raw materials are placed in the mold and then introduced into the molding chamber for sequential heating, molding, cooling, and other treatments, after which they are discharged from the molding chamber. Aspheric glass production is fast and has high stability in quality. The equipment adopts an intelligent control system. In automatic mode, the mold status in the chamber is detected every time it starts, and the operating sequence is intelligently adjusted. Even in the event of a power failure, the system can remember the current molding mold status, avoiding the inability to restart directly during an instantaneous power outage. In manual mode, the mold is temporarily not recognized, and its mold number is not displayed on the industrial computer touch screen. In automatic mode, if there is an abnormality in the cylinder movement, the system automatically enters a pause state with an alarm prompt. After the fault is restored, pressing the start button resumes the operation. If the current mode cannot handle the fault, it can be switched to manual mode. Once the fault is restored, it can be switched back to automatic mode to resume operation.
